Frisbii is looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative who wants to work in a high growth international environment with a world class team.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will identify and find new opportunities that will enable us to achieve our sales targets and fuel our growth.
Your job is to identify, contact and qualify B2B prospects with the aim of generating multi-products sales opportunities for the Sales team. You will pass on qualified leads to the Sales person in charge of the territory concerned.
As this is essentially a sedentary role, you will not meet prospects or partners in person. You will interact with them by telephone, e-mail or video while remaining in the company. As well as prospecting, you'll be in contact with a network of partners to find out about major trends and the state of the market.
Key Responsabilities:
Develop new business leads via an outbound outreach and enhance existing relationships
Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with assigned reps to qualify opportunities; prepare for and book pitch meetings with target prospects
Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall sales development process
Conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using enablement technology to connect with new prospects
Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
Work internally with other departments to ensure proper quality and quantity of demonstrations

Job requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent written and oral communication in French and English
Sales or commercial diploma (BTS, business school) or initial B2B sales experience
Ability to maintain active engagement with prospects through creative follow-up communications designed to increase prospects‘ and partners’ interest in Sofacto's products and services
Experience using a CRM appreciated
Ability to work quickly in a team environment
Ability to conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at prospects and partners
Organisation and autonomy to manage a large volume of leads with a strategy for prioritising your accounts and your time.
