DevOps Engineer

With a strong commitment to innovation, Frisbii supports subscription-based businesses in managing their customer lifecycle efficiently, optimizing their revenue streams, and scaling sustainably.

As DevOps Engineer you are a part of the Frisbii team and will be given responsibility for the operations and end-to-end deployment pipeline of a key technology platform. You will be working with software developers, QA and system engineers to deliver secure services with maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the automation and streamlining of our infrastructure, operations, and deployment processes.

• Contribute to automated processes, using tools like Github Actions, Docker, Ansible, Terraform

• Develop and maintain tooling and automation-based monitoring of production environments to provide proactive alerts on system health and reliability.

• Support the software development process as defined by the Agile Scrum process. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve root cause issues in our dev-, test-, and production- environments.

• Support employees with internal communication systems (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notebooks, Office 365, internal networks)

• Take part in the On-Call team (approx. every 5 weeks for one week, after knowledge transfer is completed)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.

• Monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana

• 3 years of experience in a similar DevOps and/or IT role

• background in Linux administration 

• Docker/container architecture knowledge.

• IT-Security knowledge

• Experience with AWS (EC2, ECS, ECR, VPC)

• Experience with building CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions

• English language proficiency (upper intermediate or higher)

• Experience with GenAI Tools (e.g. Github Copilot, Cursor IDE)

• Knowledge about Data-Protection and PCI-DSS

• background in Windows administration
