Product Designer

Frisbii is growing fast, and we’re looking for a forward-thinking, creative Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate across multiple product squads to design intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences for our users, leveraging the latest AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and delivery. 

As a Product Designer at Frisbii you will:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders across multiple squads to design user-friendly, visually engaging, and scalable interfaces. 

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, using Figma AI Features to speed up iteration, generate variations, and refine visuals. 

• Contribute to and help evolve Frisbii’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with accessibility standards. 

• Work closely with engineers on component libraries and Storybook, ensuring smooth handoffs and high-quality implementation. 

• Support user research and usability testing to validate design decisions, using AI tools where appropriate for analysis and synthesis of insights. 

• Share and present design concepts within squads and the wider product team, iterating quickly based on feedback. 

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience designing for Web products, with an understanding of complex workflows and user journeys.

• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Figma Design, FigJam, Figma Make etc. and other modern design/prototyping tools.

• Experience with Storybook or similar component-driven design environments.

• Strong understanding of design systems and how to evolve them in collaboration with engineering.

• Strong visual design sense with an eye for typography, layout, accessibility, and scalability.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and familiarity with usability testing methods, including AI-assisted testing and feedback analysis.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across squads in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Curiosity about new AI-driven workflows and enthusiasm for exploring how automation can enhance the craft of design.

• Familiarity with EU Accessibility related requirements and compliance needs
